He was born March 4, 1937 in Nashua, New Hampshire and came to Brooksville 32 years ago. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked for many years as a concessioner, was a member of International Independent Showmen's Association in Gibsonton, Florida, and was a parishioner of St. Anthony the Abbot Catholic Church.
He is preceded in death by his son, Norman Maynard. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Rachel J. Maynard; his daughter, Cecile Prescott of Dade City, Florida; sister, Delores Paradise of Hudson, New Hampshire; and grandchildren, Steven Maynard and Makayla Maynard.
