He was a retired aircraft mechanic for Grumann Aerospace of Bethpage, NY, a WWII U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, member of the Knights of Columbus Council #6383 and St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church of Spring Hill, FL.Survivors include his Son & Daughter-in-law: Steve & Ruth Ann of Wilmington, NC; Daughter: Dolores D'Anna of Spring Hill, FL; Sister: Lucille Giordano of Brooklyn, NY; Grandchildren: Jason (& Shelly) Giordano of Wilmington, NC, Erin (& Pat) Barrett of Marshill, NC and Nicole & Stephanie D'Anna of Spring Hill, FL.Visitation for friends will be 3 - 7pm, Sun., Jan. 23, 2005 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel, with a wake service beginning at 4:30pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:15am, Mon., Jan. 24, 2005 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church with Father Andy Beaudoin officiating.
