Benjamin R. Brantley

BRANTLEY, Benjamin R. “Ben” age 50, of Brooksville, FL left this world quite unexpectedly on Sunday, April 10, 2016.  Ben was born at the Old Lykes Memorial Hospital and lived in Hernando County his entire life. He graduated from Hernando High School in 1985. Ben was Vice-President and Co-Founder of Industrial Electrical Services, Inc., a family run business that has touched the lives of many in Hernando and the greater mining community in Florida and beyond. He was a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church and was a league bowler at Spring Hill Lanes. Though he now rests in the arms of God, he leaves behind his wife of 28 years, Kimberley; two daughters, Danielle 21 and Kaylin 16; and his parents: Ronnie & Carole Brantley; He will also be missed beyond measure by his extended family as well as countless friends and acquaintances.  Visitation for those wishing to say goodbye, will be 6–8pm, Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel.  For those wishing to attend funeral services, they will be conducted 11:00am, Monday, April 18, 2016 at Spring Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Ray Rouse officiating. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
