Carolyn was known for her strong will, sharp sense of humor, and the love she carried for the people around her. She was wonderfully stubborn in the way only someone full of strength and personality could be, and she always had a way of making people feel loved during difficult moments.
She found joy in life's simple things. Her love of animals, scary movies, word search puzzles (that she spent hours on). She created countless memories with her family that will be cherished forever.
Carolyn leaves behind a large and loving family, including her daughter Tanya M. Norton and son-in-law Brian W. Norton. 3 grandchildren, Brian N. Norton, Taylor M. Norton, Aspen B. Norton as well as 3 great grandchildren, Jayce M. Norton, Raelynn N. Norton and Isabella M. Norton. 2 brothers and 4 sisters, tons of extended family and wonderful friends.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her partner, Nick Budnyk, with whom she shared over 30 years together; he passed away on November 15, 2003. 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
Though our hearts are broken by her loss, we are grateful for the years, laughter, love and memories we were able to share with her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
