He was born October 28, 1937 in West Frankfort, Illinois and came to the area 11 years ago from Roanoke, VA. He was a trust officer in the banking industry and a member of Lake Lindsey Methodist Church.
He is preceded in death by his daughter: Debbie Hill. He is survived by his wife of six years: Wilma J. Hill; daughter: Kim Dragg of St. Charles, Illinois; stepsons and daughter-in-law: Ronnie & Cheryl Hall and Randy Hall; grandson and his wife: Aaron & Jennifer Hall; granddaughter: Hannah Dragg; great-grandchildren: Harley and Daniel.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30am on Friday, March 23, 2018 at Lake Lindsey United Methodist Church, with Pastor Jerry Dalton officiating.
