He was born October 25, 1932 in Avon, New York and came to this area ten years ago from Cuba, New York. He served in the United States Army and was a Korean War Veteran. He later worked as a heavy equipment operator for the town of Rush, New York.
He is preceded in death by his son, Brian King; brothers, Bill Burch and Robert Burch; and several sisters. He is survived by his wife of 48 years: Marjorie Burch; son: Mark Burch of Brooksville, Florida; daughters and sons-in-law: Deborah & Mark Dunsmore of Spring Hill, Florida, Dawn & Kenneth Harris of Orlando, Florida and Diane Edwards of Olean, New York; 32 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service with military honors will be conducted at 11:30am, Friday, October 26, 2018 at Florida National Cemetery, with Pastor Greg Brown officiating.
