Elizabeth K. Carr - Satterthwaite

SATTERTHWAITE, Elizabeth K., age 91, of Brooksville, FL died Thursday, June 20, 2013 at HPH Hospice Care Center. She was born in Bath, NY and came to the area 32 years ago from Bath, residing for 10 years as a winter resident. She was employed as a bookkeeper and also a seamstress in her own shop. She was a member of Brooksville Wesleyan Church, sang in their choir and taught Sunday school for many years. Predeceased by her first husband, Frank E. Carr, 3 brothers: Charles, Howard and Larry Wilson; sister: Alice Ferris; grandchild: Nancy A. Carr; she is survived by husband: Bruce L. Satterthwaite; son and daughter-in-law: Timothy Frank and Mary Ann Carr of Bath, NY; sister: Angelina McCormick of Long Island, NY; 2 granddaughters and their husbands: Yvonne and Robert Jones, Jr. of Newcastle, OK; Theresa and Brian Pratt of Elmira, NY; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation for friends will be 1-2pm, Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Brooksville Wesleyan Church with funeral services beginning at 2:00pm. Interment will be at 11:00am Monday, June 24, 2013 at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brooksville Wesleyan Church Building Fund or to WBCA.
