Gail Randall New

NEW, Randal Gale, Sr., age 76, of Brooksville, Florida died Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Bayfront Health Brooksville. He was born in Hayti, Missouri and came to the area in 1999 from Kansas City, Missouri. He retired after 31 years of service with the Kansas City Missouri Police Department where he was a K9 Officer. He was a recipient of the Bronze Award for Valor and  played trumpet and bass guitar.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years: Darleen New of Brooksville, Florida; sons and daughters-in-law: Randal G. Jr., and Lisa New of Oradell, New Jersey; Curtis and Theresa New of Moneta, Virginia; Steven and Missy New of Kansas City, Kansas; seven grandchildren: Zachary Miller, Buddy New, Dawson Lindsay, Brysone New, Bradley New, Madeline New and Katelyn New. Viewing for friends and family will be 9:30am to 10:00am, Monday, November 23, 2020 at the Brooksville Wesleyan Church with funeral services beginning at 10:00am.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brooksville Wesleyan Church.
