He is survived by his wife, Lee; two children and their spouses; two grandchildren and a great-grandson; his brothers and sister.
Gordon was drafted into the United States Army and served in Vietnam from 1965-1967 with the 1st Cavalry Division. He was an avid outdoorsman and spent his retired years fishing, hunting and volunteering throughout his community.
He will be interred with military honors at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida at a date to be determined.
