PATRICK, Hal Blake, age 48, of Bulls Gap, TN, died Monday, January 20, 2014 in Tennessee. He was born in Fort Myers, FL and lived in Tennessee for the past 10 years. He was a civil contractor. He is survived by his wife: Connie Carr Patrick; children: Ashley Patrick, Blake Patrick, Elisa Crawford, Marty Carr, Rachel Patrick and Deon Campbell; parents: Odievell J. Patrick and Martin D. Patrick and stepmother: Fran Patrick; siblings: Cindy Kinner, Deanna Yardas, Van Patrick, Darell Griffith, Danny Patrick, Meagan Patrick and Tyler Patrick; 14 grandchildren. Visitation for friends will be 1-3:00pm, Saturday, January 25, 2014, with services beginning at 3:00pm at the Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel. In lieu of flowers, make donations to the American Cancer Society (B.E.S. Relay Team).
