Helen Virginia Boros

BOROS, Helen Virginia, 89 of Spring Hill passed away on January 13, 2015 at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point in Hudson. She was preceded in death by her parents: John & Alma Hines of Litchfield, MI, two siblings and her husband of 65 years: John. Helen was formally from East Lansing MI where she was an accountant and held a real estate license. She worked for the State of Michigan investigating nursing home abuse. She was an accomplished pianist and sang in the church choir. She had a passion for antiquing and loved interior design. She is survived by 3 brothers: Herbert Hines of OH, Daniel Hines of Oregon & Donald Hines of MI; sister: Patricia Transue or Oregon; three daughters: Bonita Kearns of New Orleans, Dr. Becky Boros of Chicago & Betsy Hardenbrook of Gainesville; four grandchildren: Justin Kearns and Brent, Courtney & Travis Hardenbrook and two great grandchildren: Joshua & Abby. A graveside service will be 12:30pm Friday, January 16, 2015 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers or cards, donations may be sent in her memory to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at www.missingkids.com.
