Kenneth R. Craig, Sr.

CRAIG, Kenneth R., Sr., age 83 of Brooksville, Florida died Sat., June 25, 2011 at his home.  He came here 16 years ago from his native, Midway, Kentucky.  He was a retired television technician with Sears Company.  He held the distinguished title of Kentucky Colonel, he was a Master Mason with Buford Lodge #94 and 32nd degree Scottish Rite, Midway, Kentucky.  He was a member of East Pasco-Hernando Pigeon Racing Team, Brooksville, Florida and Highlands Pigeon Racing Team, Dade City, Florida and was a member of Spring Lake United Methodist Church, Brooksville, Florida.  Survivors include his wife:  Betty; sons:  Kenneth R., Jr. and Robert both of Cardwell, Kentucky; daughters:  Janice DeVere of Berea, Kentucky and Betty Carroll Craig of Brooksville, Florida; brothers:  Arthur of Winchester, Kentucky, Spencer of Midway, Kentucky and Samuel of Lexington, Kentucky; 9 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.  Memorial services will be conducted 11am, Sat. July 2, 2011 at Spring Lake United Methodist Church with Pastor Todd Stube officiating.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gideons International.
