I work with Stan Porch, the son in law, so I did not know Mary Alice.  I would like to express my condolences.  I hope the family is able to get through this tough time together.

My dear sweet Aunt Alice.....You were always there for me no questions asked, no judgement given, just pure love....as only a true Mother could have done and that is what you were to me. You were my champion, my mentor, my friend and my trusted port in any storm. I hold no sadness in your passing as You have earned your time with the Lord, what saddens me is those left behind without you to fill the void in their lives. Rest in peace my dear sweet Aunt Alice, I love you.

I always knew my Great Aunt Alice to be the most loving, caring and beautiful women on Earth. She cared for my mother like my mother was her own. She loved me the moment I was born. She loved everyone in the family unconditionally and always. She was such a giving person and it didn't matter if it was 3 a.m, if you called then she would talk to you as long as you wanted. The world has lost a person that it truly needed, especially in the times we live in today. She will be greatly missed and forever in my heart and mind. My love and prayers are with my Uncle Buddy as he goes through this most trying time in his life. Please know that we are but a phone call away Uncle Buddy and we love you most dearly.

Our memories are full of Mary Alice today.  Hearing she had passed was a real shock because we didn't know she was this sick.  She difinitely made a place in this world for fun, interesting conversation, knowledge of what she was currently reading and learning about.  She couldn't hold it in....which is why we are so glad she knew the Lord.  She had much to communicate about God on her journey.  And that's the way it should be.  Eager to share your knowledge with others.  Buddy, Alice, and Stan, know that we will keep you in our prayers because this is a heavy transition to make.  Bubby, you know the Lord will see you through.  We will see you soon.  Love, Pat & Bobby
