Born January 10, 1941 in Urbana, Illinois, she came to Spring Hill 15 years ago from Atlanta, Georgia where she lived for 3 years. Prior to living in Georgia, she spent her life in her native Illinois.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Glen Black. She is survived by her husband of 47 years: Rodney; daughters and son-in-law: Cynthia “Cindy” Drake of Spring Hill, Florida and Leslea & Jason Carter of Phoenix, Arizona; grandsons: Scott Drake and Coltrane Carter.
