He was born May 21, 1976 in Mount Pleasant, Michigan and came to this area one year ago. Mike loved his family and was very close to his brothers and their families. He loved fishing, hunting, being out in the ocean, races and just having a good time.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Highley & Judy Ann Highley. He is survived by his son: Nathan Highley of Mount Pleasant, Michigan; brothers and sisters-in-law: Darrell Highley & Jessica Jones; Joe & Charity Highley; Jerry Highley and Freddy Highley, all of Mount Pleasant, Michigan; girlfriend: Toni of Florida.
