Born October 29, 1946 in Highland Park, Michigan, she was the daughter of John Sr. & Elizabeth Cato. Pat married Edward Kasprowicz in Apollo Beach, Florida on March 15, 2001 and was a wonderful, dedicated, and loving wife and mother. Pat worked as a Registered Nurse for over 40 years and loved boating and traveling. She had an amazing voice and demonstrated this at the famous “Fox’s” in the British Virgin Island where she spontaneously overpowered the band with her beautiful voice and was also scouted out by Barry Gordy to sing for Motown.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents; eight brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her husband, Edward Kasprowicz; her daughter, Janeane P. Cato; sisters, Dorothy Covington-Coleman and Barbara Covington; brother, Ronald Cato; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, extended family and friends; and of course her beloved pet, Echo.
