Roberta Martin

She was born April 23, 1932 in Owensboro, Kentucky and came to this area 38 years ago from Dunedin, Florida.  She worked as a medical assistant for a physician’s office, was the Ambassador at Spring Oaks Assisted Living and enjoyed volunteering.  She was a member of Brooksville Wesleyan Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Martin and her son, Ricky T. Martin.  She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Jane Ann & Thomas Friesen of Palm Harbor, Florida and Rebecca “Becky” J. Bradshaw of Gray, Tennessee; grandchildren: Robert Friesen (Carissa), Ricky T. Martin, Jr., Kimberly Turbyfill (Bill), Leslie Martin, Kayla Frazier (Ronnie) and Rachel Martin; great-grandchildren: Caleb, Emily, Ethan, Jacob, Ashley and Kayla.

A Gathering for family and friends will take place from 10:00-11:00am, Friday, October 19, 2018 at Brooksville Wesleyan Church, where a Memorial Service will begin at 11:00am, with Dr. Marlin Mull officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to

HPH Hospice, Brooksville Wesleyan Church or Spring Oaks Assisted Living.
