MARCELL, Ruth J., age 90, of Spring Hill, FL died Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in Far Rockaway, New York and came to the area 24 years ago from Smithtown, Long Island, NY. She was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law: Brian and Irasema Marcell of Spring Hill, FL; daughter: Karen Marcell of Orlando, FL; sisters-in-law: Helen and Lorna Baseley; nieces Sharon and Joyce. She was predeceased by brothers Warren and Robert Baseley. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00am, Thursday, September 7, 2017 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery.
