RACKY, Thomas J., age 62 of Spring Hill died April 16, 2010 at UCH Long Term Acute Care & Hospital at Connerton in Land O Lakes. He came to this area 5 years ago from his native Chicago, IL. He was a foreman for the Chicago Public Transit Authority, a Vietnam US Air Force Veteran and Catholic by faith. Survivors include his wife: Brenda S.; daughters: Kathleen Prine & Margaret Zappacosta of Northport, FL, Mary Racky of Spring Hill, Jennifer Trotter of Monee, IL and 6 grandchildren. Visitation for friends will take place at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel on Monday, April 19, 2010 from 2:00-4:00pm & 6:00-8:00pm. A funeral mass will be conducted at 2:00pm Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
