Tracy Renee' Arnold

ARNOLD, Tracy Renee’ Gorin, 40, of Brooksville, FL died Thursday, August 15, 2013 in a motorcycle accident. Her husband, Michael Arnold also died in the same accident. Tracy was born in Stanford, CA on Dec. 25, 1972. She grew up in Salinas, CA until the family moved to Port Orange, FL in Dec.  1984. She attended Spruce Creek High School and went to DBCC, where she studied accounting.  She worked at several  insurance  agencies before moving  to Brooksville. She was presently employed by Pasco County courthouse. She is predeceased by her uncle, Paul Delong of Ormond Beach and her maternal grandfather, Jasper Delong of Holly Hill. Tracy is survived by her two daughters: Ariel Renee’ Carpenter,   and Sabrina Renee’ Carpenter; brother: Steve Gorin, (Hannah) all of Port Orange, FL; mother: Alana Rasmussen of Ridge Manor, FL; father: Barry Gorin of Daytona Beach, FL; maternal grandmother: Reta Delong of Daytona Beach, FL; many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.  A memorial service will be held at 2:30pm, Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel, with Pastor Kevin Thomas officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Halifax Humane Society or the Hernando County Humane Society in Tracy and Michael’s names.
