Albert E. Bostick

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 O’Clock Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at the St. Simons United Methodist Church with Reverend Marcia Cochran officiating. A reception will follow in the Gholson Room after the services.

Albert was born on June 11, 1946 in Forsyth, Ga., to the late J.E. Bostick and Lois Evins Bostick. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and owned two businesses, Island Landscape Maintenance Co. and Tradewinds Garden Center. Mr. Bostick loved competitive sports and was a member of the Golden Isles Rugby Team. He was an avid collector and adventurist at heart. His colorful personality and infectious laugh will be missed by many.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Hugh Bostick.

Survivors are his wife, Cindy S. Bostick, a brother, Charles Bostick, daughters, Melissa B. Hoffman and her husband, Aaron, Katie C. Bostick, a son, John E. Bostick and his wife, Betsy. Mr. Bostick has four grandchildren, Ava Bostick, Maya Bostick, Ella Grace Haugen and Evin Haugen.

Memorials may be made to St. Simons United Methodist Church or Hospice of the Golden Isles.
