

Bonnie was born on May 30, 1944 in Birmingham, Alabama, the daughter of Leona McGilberry and the late Woodrow Davis.
Bonnie deeply loved all within nature. She enjoyed working in the yard and garden. She enjoyed keeping an immaculate home, cooking, reading and volunteering. She also loved her machines -- from vacuum cleaners to pressure washers!
Bonnie enjoyed traveling with her husband, family, and friends to Europe and other places.
Bonnie loved her home on St. Simons Island which she shared with her husband of 41 years, Vernon Langford and their husky dog, Simon.
Bonnie was an active member of St. Simons United Methodist Church and was involved in many aspects such as serving at receptions, Alter Angels and United Methodist Women just to name a few. Bonnie was always willing to lend a helping hand when ever it was needed.
Bonnie is survived by her husband Vernon Langford (St. Simons Island, GA), mother Leona Wollesen (Marietta, GA), brother Woodrow Wollesen (Marietta, GA), daughters Mendie (Tripp) Lange (Woodstock, GA), Terri (Pat) Martin (Clarksville, TN) and son Scott (Kim) Langford (Clayton, GA). She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 11:00am, Saturday, October 22, 2016 at St. Simons United Methodist Church with Marcia Cochran officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to St. Simons United Methodist Church or to the American Cancer Society.
Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
