Keith Vaughn, a resident of Brunswick, Georgia, passed away on October 27, 2021. Keith was born in Anderson, SC, to the late Shelby Jean Gibson and Jerry Vaughn. Following high school, Keith graduated from Tri-County Technical College, and thereafter, moved to Brunswick, GA. Within a few years of living in Brunswick, he became a top salesman for Standard Distributing and eventually went to work for Titan Fasteners. Later, Keith started his own company, Affordable Industrial Sales and Service, located on the corner of Newman Dr. and Habersham St. In 2004, a motorcycle accident left Keith with a traumatic brain injury, rendering him disabled and requiring full-time care. Keith became a resident of Sears Manor Nursing and continued to live there for fourteen years.
Keith is survived by his loving children, Erin (Brittni) Vaughn and Emily Vaughn of Brunswick, Tyler (Catherine) Vaughn of St. Petersburg, FL, and Kathy (Sam) Hackett of Boise, ID.
He is survived by his sister, Kristi Gibson of Westminster, SC, and brother, Blake Gibson of Florence, SC; several nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Cason Vaughn, Shepley Vaughn, Kynli Flowers, Vaughn Carroll, Olivia Hackett, and Rylan Hackett; former spouse, Kim Vaughn, and mother of his children, Stephanie Webb.
Keith was an avid Harley Davidson rider and a Georgia Bulldog fan. Keith loved life and loved his family. He will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be at Edo Miller Funeral Home, Monday, November 1st at 1:00pm, with funeral service at 2:00pm. The burial will follow the service at Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Tyler Vaughn, Matthew Vaughn, Dakota Phillips, Randy Jackson, Edward McCall, and Walter Rafolski.
