Ann and her business partner Dell Asher were pioneers in the estate liquidation business. In the mid-70s they formed their company which is still well known as 10-4 Exclusively. They were the first to hold their sales on Friday and Saturday keeping Sunday for the Lord. They held estate sales throughout Georgia for over 40 years and she actively worked until she was 85 years old.
Ann grew up in the Associate Reformed Presbyterian church in Virginia Highlands. Later she and John attended First Baptist church of Atlanta and sang in the choir. She later moved her membership to Church of the Apostles in Atlanta.
Ann was an avid reader and writer. She wrote a book, "Tales from Estate Sales" telling all the hilarious adventures that she and Dell had in their 40 year career. She also penned many poems, all inspired by her love for the Lord. She was an intercessor, prayer warrior, and prayer mentor. She was an amazing witness for God and everyone she met felt God’s Glory surrounding her.
Well done my good and faithful servant.
