Carol MacMillan Kall passed away at her residence on Sunday, Sept. 22, surrounded by her loved ones and her beloved Maltese, Annie. Carol was born Feb. 11, 1948, in Macon, to Charlotte Roller MacMillan and William Glenn MacMillan.
Carol moved to St. Simons Island from Tampa to join First Federal Savings and Loan as a mortgage loan officer. She raised her three children on the island. She retired after over 30 years from SunTrust, now Truist, having received multiple awards during her tenure.
She is survived by her son, Jay Davis (Lisa) of Valley Lee, Maryland; and daughters, Lisa Davis Graves (Keith), of St. Simons Island and Mary Nichole Kall of Brunswick; her sister, Jennifer MacMillan (Kennon Amerson); and brother, Bill MacMillan (Grace); five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents and former husband, Nick Kall.
A celebration of life will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27 at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
The family requests any memorial contributions be made to ASPCA or No-Kill Glynn County Inc. in lieu of flowers.
