Born July 10, 1979 in Glynn County Georgia to William L. Rainey and Eleanor E. Deyette, he was a carpenter employed with T.J. Deyette and Company. Mr. Rainey was a lifelong resident of Glynn County and attended Glynn Academy. He enjoyed fishing, the beach and music. He was preceded in death by his father William L. Rainey.
Survivors include his daughters, Elizabeth Rainey of St. Simons Island, and Destiny Sexton of Brunswick, his mother Ellie Deyette and husband T.J of St. Simons, two brothers, Robert Rainey of St. Simons, and Kenny Rainey of De Land, Florida, a sister Jamie Corley of W. Virginia and a grandfather, Eugene Enke and wife Brenda of W. Virginia, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
