Earl Daniel Clements

Earl Daniel Clements, 93, of Brunswick, died Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Friday, January 20, 2023 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Reverend Jim Crandall officiating. Members of The McDonalds Coffee Gang will be honorary pallbearers. Born October 14, 1929 in McRae, Georgia to the late Matthew Lee Clements and Emma Lee Caldwell Clements, he was a US Army Veteran. Mr. Clements was a 1946 graduate of Shiloh High School in Lumber City, GA and attended Savannah School of Business. Mr. Clements had been a resident of Brunswick since 1957. He was the former manager of A&P Grocery Store, was an associate with O’Quinn’s Men’s Store, and was also an associate with Belk – Hudson. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Brunswick, as well as the McDonalds Coffee Gang. He enjoyed birdwatching, being outdoors, and being well dressed. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Edwin Clements, William “Billy” Clements, Leroy Clements, and James Clements, and a granddaughter Lindsey Christine Ferguson. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Marion Strickland Clements, of Brunswick, a daughter, Crystal Clements Ferguson (Tom) of Brunswick, and two grandsons, Ryan Thomas Ferguson, and John Thomas Ferguson, Myrle Lee, sister in law, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
