Edmond Bussey Jr.

Edmond Bussey Jr., 91, of Brunswick departed this life Saturday August 30, 2025 in Boynton Beach, Florida. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Saturday in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Reverend Austin Moore officiating. Interment will be in Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 11am.

Born September 6, 1933 in Aiken, SC to the late Edmond and Viola Hartley Bussey, he was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service and was also a bus driver for Glynn County Schools. Mr. Bussey was also a US Air Force Veteran. He enjoyed sports, golfing and basketball and was an avid television watcher. He was a member of Abundant Life Fellowship. He was preceded in death by his wife Ramona T. Bussey.

Survivors include four children, James Phillips and wife Rosalind of Boynton Beach, FL, Vanda Stewart of Jacksonville, FL, Raoul Bussey of Atlanta, and Inez Bussey Mitchell of Dacula, GA, 13 grandchildren, James Phillips V, Miguel Phillips, Jasmine Polite, Ashley Phillips, Jeremi Johnson, Katissa Bamba, Tonita Nicholas, Xavier Mitchell, Rashad Mitchell, Raoul Bussey Jr., Cerone Bussey, Amber Laraco, and Titan Bussey, a host of great great grandchildren.
