Irma Lucas Greene, 79 years old, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Hospice of the Golden Isles, Brunswick, GA. Irma, a lifelong resident of Cochran, Bleckley County, Georgia was the daughter of the late William Augusta Lucas and Ira Evelyn Hardiman Lucas.
She was preceded in death by her son, Marty Glenn Sawyer; brothers James "Jimmy" Lucas and Joshua Lucas. She is survived by her children, Tammy Sawyer (Phil) Viviani of Savannah, GA and Brandon R. Greene, of San Diego, CA; grandchildren Philip S. Viviani and Alessandria "Alie" V. (Bradley) Heiges, both of Savannah; sisters Geraldine L. Fennell and Angeline L. Merz both of Cochran, GA.
Memorial Services will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Lung Association or your favorite charity.
