

Isabel was born in Jerez, Spain the daughter of the late Diego Toro and the late Victoria Narbona. She was also preceded in death by, Amanda Nuding, Brandon Breedham, Frank O’Scier, Jr., and Victoria Anon.
Isabel met her husband of 49 years in Spain while he was serving in the United States Marine Corps. She has resided in Brunswick for the past twenty years. She was of the Catholic faith and had been attending Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Isabel was so very proud to be an American citizen since 1986. She enjoyed flamenco dancing and Spanish music. She also enjoyed traveling, bingo, and shopping. She was a very talented seamstress and often made her own clothes. Isabel was loved by all who knew and loved her. She will be remembered by many.
She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis O’Scier; her two sons, Eddie O’Scier, Rafael Toro and his wife Mercedes; her three grandchildren, Monica, Viki and Kayla, brother and sister-in-laws; Patricia O’Scier, Annette and Ted Nuding, also Thomas and Betty O'Scier; and many nieces and nephews and great-grandchildren are left to cherish her many memories.
A rosary will be held at 5:00 PM and the visitation until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 4, 2022 in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Father Esteban Maller officiating. She will lie in state for two hours prior to the service.
