

Kayla I. White, 14, of Brunswick, departed this life unexpectedly on Sunday, July 5, 2015 in Glynn County. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 10, 2015 at 11AM in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with Johnny Woods, Roy Bennett, J.C. Lewis, Lonnie Heslep, R.J. Ezro, and Mike Peffer serving as pallbearers.
Born June 15, 2001 in Brunswick, she was the daughter of Earl W. and Laura L. White of Brunswick. Kayla was of the Baptist Faith and attended Jane Macon Middle School. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, loved animals, and always loved to babysit. Her family said she was a very generous youth always willing to help others.
Survivors include her parents, Earl W. and Laura L. White, a sister, Kristen White, a niece, Paislee White all of Brunswick, maternal Grandparents, Edna and William Leggett of Brunswick, Paternal Grandmother, Linda Burkhalter of Douglas, maternal great grandfather, Jack Leggett of Brunswick, uncles and aunts, Isreal and Anna V Leggett , Cynthia and Richard Justice, Vince White all of Brunswick, Scott White of Douglas, Sheila and Keith Brown of Norman Park, and several cousins including Samantha Leggett, Christian Walker, Jessie Harrell, Chance Harrell, Chet Royals, Chelsey Black and Chasity Davis.
