Louis Wayne Bradshaw

Louis Wayne Bradshaw, age 80, of Brunswick, Georgia peacefully entered into Heaven on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. He was born in Newport News, VA, August 19, 1942. He was the son of the late Louis Edward Bradshaw and the late Thelma Marie Sadler.

Wayne was a graduate of Warwick High School of Newport News, VA in 1960. After graduation he was an apprentice in the electrical trade and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers local 1340. He retired in 2006. He was a Mason at the Warwick Masonic Lodge in Newport News.

Wayne is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Lucille, "Deanie", his son Edward, living in Brunswick, daughter Paula (Curtis); two grandchildren Katelyn and Daniel; sister Susan (Jim), nephews Drew and Chase and niece Elise. Also surviving are his Aunt Christine Hudgins, cousins and their families who all live in VA.

Wayne was a wonderful husband, father and granddad "Pops". He loved spending time with friends and family and going to the Woodbine Opry on Saturday nights for friendly gathering and country music. He never met a stranger.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the caring nurses and staff at Southeastern GA Health Center and the Hospice of the Golden Isles.
