Michael David Larson

Mr. Michael David Larson, 61, of Brunswick, Georgia passed away Sunday, September 6, 2015 at his residence. A native of Oak Harbor, Washington; Mr. Larson had been a resident of Glynn County for the past 58 years. Born March 26, 1954, he was the son of the late Robert K. Larson and the late Faye Royar Larson Love. Mr. Larson was a 1972 graduate of Brunswick High School, and was employed with Hercules/Pinova for 38 years as a crown controller. He was a member of the Nazarene Church and also a member of AA since September 11, 1990. Mr. Larson enjoyed many past times such as professional photography and website developing. He was an avid fisherman and Harley rider. Mr. Larson will be fondly remembered as a generous kindhearted man, which was evident by his service as a foster parent, Boy Scout volunteer, working with the Glynn Academy Booster Club and his overall generosity and kindness to those in need.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Larson was preceded in death by his son Andrew Larson.

Survivors include his wife Thresea Larson of Brunswick, GA; his two daughters Stacey Larson and Rebecca Dennis both of Brunswick, GA; his son Matthew Larson wife Alexis of Panama City, FL; his three sisters Pat Page of St. Simons Is, GA, Nancy Nichols and husband Terry of Brunswick, GA and Robin Grosser and husband Derek of Pigeon Forge, TN; his step-father Hiram Love of Hutchinson, KS; his step-mother Glenda Larson of Pigeon Forge, TN; his three grandchildren and his five nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
