Mildred "Pat" Patricia Miller

On Saturday August 28, 2021, Patricia “Pat” Miller, at the age of 89, entered peacefully into her Heavenly Home. She was born in Macon, Georgia the daughter of the late Edgar Evans Bullard and the late Grace Craig Bullard. She was also preceded in death by her late husband, Charles B. Miller.

Pat had been a resident of Saint Simons Island since 1961 and was a member of the Saint Simons United Methodist Church. She and her late husband were instrumental in organizing Walk to Emmaus on the Island. She was a lady devoted to her faith and was an active member at SSI United Methodist Church. Pat was a very humorous and social person that was loved by everyone. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also loved the island life and the beach gave her great joy. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memories are her two sons, Mike Miller (Brenda) of Marietta, GA, Craig Miller (Lisa) of Brunswick, GA and a daughter, Kay Miller (John Phelps) of Saint Simons Island, GA. Along with her four grandchildren, Chase Miller (Kaylabeth), Kurt Miller (Eva), Elise Irwin (Mike), Trey Kaufmann and four great grandchildren.

Pat’s family will honor her life with a family celebration of life gathering at a later date. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for memorial contributions made in lieu of flowers to the Saint Simon Island United Methodist Church.
