Robert "Bobby" Lee Butts

Bobby was born on February 8, 1953 in Brunswick, Georgia. He was a graduate of Brunswick High School. Bobby work as an Electrician at Hercules and was a former Plant Manager at Allied Chemical. He was an outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and camping. He also enjoyed cooking for others.

Bobby is preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Paulette Butts; father Henry Prather Butts; mother Patricia H. Wright; stepfather Lindsey C. Wright; and brother John Wayne Butts.

He is survived by his son Eric Jaime (Chassity) Butts; daughter Karla Benea (Bill) Pefanis; grandchildren Mikayla (Andrew) Thomas; Mikenzi Thomas, Jacob Butts, Mallery Pefanis, Jayden Butts and Jayda Butts; his brothers James Daniel Butts and Ronald Alan Butts; and sister Lisa Coleman Spores.

A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Lighthouse Baptist Church with Rev. David Hudson officiating. Burial to follow at Palmetto Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Friday, November 3, 2017 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be James Williamson III, Jason Butts, Michael Jones, Gary Simmons, Chuck Strickland and Caleb Smith.
