Bob was born on the 10th of July 1944, in Coshocton, Ohio, to the late Robert R. Miller Sr. and Wilma C. Miller. After finishing high school Bob joined the Navy and received an honorable discharge after nine years of service. Bob was a retired Planning Specialist for FLETC.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Alta Lee Miller and a son, Robert R. "Rusty" Miller III.
Survivors include one daughter, Stacie A. Miller of Brunswick, Georgia; his siblings, Bill Miller of Celina, Ohio and Karen Tromeley of Springfield, Ohio; and three nieces, Molly, Niki, and Andrea, all of Ohio.
The family has requested that in lieu of customary remembrances, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of South Coastal Georgia, 4627 US-17N, Brunswick, Georgia 31525.
Arrangements are entrusted to Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
