Roy Pittman

Visitation will be held on Monday August 22, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M Tuesday August 23, 2011 in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Monroe Gill and Rev. Randy Smith officiating. Interment will follow the service in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Pittman was born November 15, 1942 to the late Alex J. Pittman and the late Lillie B. Ray. Mr. Pittman worked for USF Dugan Trucking as a truck driver, where he retired., and was a member of Lulaton Baptist Church.

In addition to Mr. Pittman’s parents he is preceded in death by a great-grandson Wendell Bertholf Jr.

Survivors include his Wife; Jo Pittman of Brunswick, daughters; Debbie James of Nahunta, and Joyce Bertholf of Brunswick. Son; Tony Pittman of Rocky Point, N.C.,

Four Grandchildren Wendell, Johnny, Kurt Bertholf of Brunswick, Alex James of St. Simons Island,

Two Great-Grandchildren Kailey Bertholf and Hayden Vaughn.

Several Nieces and Nephews.
