Judy Cline of Brunswick, Georgia died Monday, July 7, 2025 at GraceMore Nursing and Rehab. She was 81. Judy attended Glynn County Schools and graduated from Glynn Academy. Her career employment was with the local hospital department of admissions and dismissals. After retirement, she was employed by Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
Judy was predeceased by her mother, Mamie Quarterman Cline. She is survived by a “family” of local friends, children often called her Aunt Judy or Ju-Ju.
Judy was an active member of McKendree Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. Following McKendree’s closure, Judy joined Advent Christian Church but also remained active in the fellowship and benevolent projects of the UMW. Judy loved to travel with friends in small groups, bus tours and especially enjoyed a cruise to Alaska. Dachshunds were her favorite pet spoiling several of them over the years. Framed jigsaw puzzles, flower gardens and a line of crepe myrtles back home provide beautiful reminders of her hobbies.
Monday, July 14, both the 10 am visitation and 11 am funeral will be held at the Chapel of Edo Miller Funeral Home. Elder Marihelen Newman is officiating. Burial will follow in Palmetto Cemetery on 19th Street. Her family of friends wish to extend their deepest appreciation to all GraceMore staff for their care these last 3 years and to the traveling staff of Hospice of the Golden Isles since December.
