Shawn was a lifelong native of Brunswick, Georgia born the 2nd of July 1993 to the late Jack Sprauge Schaffer and Karen Eve Lekin Schaffer.
Shawn graduated from Glynn Academy, receiving his Associate degree in automotive mechanic from Coastal Pines College. He leaves many fond memories that will be cherished by all.
In addition to Shawn’s father he is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Jim Lekin.
Shawn is survived by his mother Karen Eve Schaffer of Brunswick, GA; two sisters Sarah and Faith Schaffer both of Brunswick, GA; brother Lukas Cofer of Brunswick, GA; and his maternal grandmother Brigitte Lekin of Darien, GA;
