My family and I just learned today of Sonny's passing. We were deeply saddened by the news. Sonny was our landlord. Actually, he was the BEST landlord I ever had! He was kind, patient and always made sure our needs were met.  We would like to express our deepest sympathies and prayers for his family.  Long live a great guy, who truly will be missed. Rest up Sonny.

Words cannot express our deepest sympathy for you and your children over the loss of your beloved husband and father. Sonny always expressed the love that he had for his family. Please know that we will keep you in our heartfelt prayers.

Kamine and children, 
   I am so sorry to hear of Sonny's untimely passing.  When I met Sonny years ago, I immediately loved him.  Sonny was so warm, friendly, and funny.  His  entreprenurial spirit and drive was remarkable.  We were all so lucky to have him in our lives.  May God bless you and your family.    Jim Coppage
