Anne will be lovingly remembered by her children Karen Dufresne and Byron (Helen) Broten, and her cherished grandchildren, Keegan, Lissandre, Acacia, Kurtis, Jared, Derek, Tara and Brett. The family would like to thank the staff of the ICU at the Foothills Medical Centre for their exceptional care and kind support; especially Dr. Philippe Couillard, Dr. Paul Boucher and Reanne.
Due to a medical emergency, the Memorial Service for Anne Broten has been postponed. The Memorial Service has been rescheduled for Friday, November 15, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. and will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery). In lieu of flowers, If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to The Heart and Stroke Foundation, 100-119 14 St NW Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6.
