Anne was born in Fort MacLeod, Alberta to her parents Ralph and Gertje Lantinga. During the Second World War, Anne was employed at the Royal Canadian Air Force Training Centre in Fort MacLeod, where she met and married Charles (Chuck) Davis in 1943. Anne and Chuck moved to Calgary in 1944. The highlight of Anne’s working career was with the Xerox Corporation at their new office in Calgary. She was an avid golfer and member of the Calgary Elks Golf Club. After her retirement, Anne was an active member of the Renfrew Seniors Club. Anne is survived by her sons Greg of Calgary and Ron of Peace River, Alberta. She was predeceased by her husband Chuck in 1973, brothers Sabo, Albert, and Lloyd and sisters Florence, Wilhelmina, and Marjorie. A very special thanks to the staff of Revera Bow-Crest Care Centre for their care and compassion during the past year. A private Family Service in Anne’s memory will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be gratefully accepted in Anne’s memory to The Mustard Seed, 102 – 11 Avenue S.E., Calgary, AB T2G 0X5.
