Dear Tanda, Roger, James & Larissa,
We were saddened to read of your mom’s passing. She will be very missed by her “kids” & grandkids.
Your mom was caring, smart, practical and had a fantastic sense of humor.
Our mom loved visiting & later phone visits with your mom. They were alike in many ways . Immigrants who bravely came to a new country, started from scratch , worked hard to do well for their family & had a faith in God they were secure in.
I picture your mom in heaven with many of the Chalmers gang having a great visit and laughing so much.! We miss our mom but are thankful she was our mom for so long. May you have this peace & comfort.
Love, The Graven Girls....Angie & Joanne

Always thought of as my second mom. So many memories after almost 65 years. The car trips down south to visit the farm, and how she handled the situation when one of the tires blew out, so scary but she remained calm. I will miss our phone calls with all the news about the animals, especially the cat colony! Tante Babs was one of the most caring individuals I have known in my life - I am especially thankful for her friendship with my mom over the years even though they were many miles apart. My heart is heavy but I know she is where she will be welcomed with open arms and that she leaves behind a loving family with their own memories to remember her by. God speed. With much love, Net
