Barbara Jean Robson

At 1:00 p.m. on September 21, 2020 Barbara Jean Robson died peacefully in the arms of her husband, in her own bed, surrounded by her children, just as she had hoped. She fought a hard battle with stomach cancer and left us too soon at only 65.

She is at home in glory with the Lord she loved. Our loss is her gain. She has no more pain, no more cancer, only love and joy forever.

She will be dearly missed by all that she loved so well. Her husband Bill; children Christie (Glen), Esther (Mike), and Colleen (Miguel); grandchildren Lydia, Chloe, Becca, Sebastian, Lucas, Marcos and Tadeo; niece Georgina; sisters Lois (Peter) and Jan; brothers Bill (Barbara) and Paul (Mi-Yeoung), as well as friends too numerous to count.

Very few people have the depth of compassion and care for others that Barb did. She was especially generous in her love for children and those with disabilities. She was a tireless caregiver and a loyal friend. She loved to laugh and found joy in every circumstance. Her family was blessed beyond measure to have her.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19 in person attendance is by invitation only, however we will post both a live-stream and later a video of the service to watch on www.BarbRobson.ca
