Mr. Brettyn Douglas Charriere

Brettyn will be sadly missed by his parents, Douglas and Nina, and sisters Riley and Camryn. He will also be sorely missed by his grandparents, Lucien and Bertha Charriere and Lyn and Betty Chow, as well as lovingly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Brettyn touched the lives of everyone he knew. He was a compassionate, adventurous and gentle spirit. He loved all outdoor activities, such as snowboarding, wakeboarding, boating, soccer and basketball. He had a special love for the cottage in Invermere, which was his second home. He always excelled academically, and was a role model for all. He had a wonderful and unique sense of humour, and would light up a room with his smile. Brettyn, you will forever be in our hearts, until we meet again. We love you so very much, and we take comfort in knowing you are now in the loving arms of our Saviour.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Centre Street Church – Central Campus, 3900-2 Street N.E., Calgary on Thursday, December 18 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastors Wes Gorman and Randy Burtis officiating. Friends desiring to send flowers should have delivery directly to Centre Street Church on December 18 before noon.
