Ethan Andre A. Anada, born on June 29, 1998, was a beloved son to Ptr. Andy and Ptr. Ana, and a cherished brother to Sis. Abby Anada. Born and raised in Calgary, he lived a vibrant and energetic life, filled with passion and purpose. With a deep love for athletics, he excelled in volleyball and varsity basketball throughout his school years.
In 2016, he stepped into a new chapter of his life in the University of Toronto as a student of Honours Bachelor of Science(HBSc.) Degree in Statistical Machine Learning and Data Mining. Later on he began his professional career as a business analyst working for Deloitte.
Whether in Calgary or Toronto he is a beloved and cherished friend. Known for his warmth, he is sure to make everyone around him feel secured and welcomed. Ethan loves to spend time with the people he loves. A “one-call away” friend who is always up to share stories over a meal or a quick snack. He openly shared his life to his friends as a trusted confidante and wise counselor.
Above all, he is a distinguished servant of God. Growing up in the church, being involved in the ministry is etched in his life. Ever since he was young, he has shown passion for music. He was skilled in playing various instruments — the keyboard, drums, guitar, bass and the saxophone
— all which Ethan has used for the glory of God.
He plays a key role in the Jesus Army of Musician as one of the main keyboardist that leads the instrumentalists. Ethan’s passion is contagious as he shared his knowledge in music with his co-ministers to offer the best worship to the Lord. Notably, he had the privilege of playing the drums at the Jesus is Lord Church's Worldwide 45th Anniversary celebration. As a pulpit minister and a youth leader, both in Calgary and Toronto, Ethan was a “Kuya” to many. He has touched the lives of countless youths and adults, inspiring them to live the prime years of their lives in service to God.
Join us as we gather to celebrate the victorious life of Bro. Ethan, honoring his accomplishments and finding strength in the love and comfort of our Lord Jesus Christ.
TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!
