It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jacob “Jake” Friesen Letkeman after a long battle with lung cancer and Alzheimer’s. He will be dearly missed by his wife Betty; son Allen (Conny); daughters Darlene (Jim) and Cheryl (Wayne); grandchildren, and many other family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held at SOUTH CALGARY FUNERAL CENTRE, 12700 Macleod Trail South (at Lake Fraser Gate), on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations being made in Jake’s memory directly to the Southwood Hospice, (211 Heritage Drive SE, Calgary, AB T2H 1M9).
