It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of a truly outstanding gentleman. He is survived by his beloved wife, Martha, of 68 years; two sons, Terrance (Lindsie) and Hugh (Marlene); six grandchildren, Heather, Stephen, Christina (Brad), Keri (Greg), Kelly (Bruce), James (Casey); three great grandchildren, Aaron, Ayla, Carter; and his brother Roy Haxton.
Jim served with the Royal Navy for 4 years in the North Atlantic. After the war, James was employed by Burns Food Ltd. for 43 years. At Jim’s request there will be no service.
