John Bacovsky passed away peacefully at the Peter Lougheed Hospital on February 2, 2021 at the age of 74 years. He will be dearly missed by his sister Rosemary Bacovsky, brother-in-law Bill Trefanenko, brother Steve Bacovsky and three nephews, Steven John Bacovsky, Rielly Medcke and Quinn Medcke also other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Steve (1982), mother Polly (1995) and sister Annamay (2015). John was born and raised in Coleman, Alberta, after training to become a mechanic, he operated a service station and repair shop in Blairmore. In 1988, he moved to Calgary where he had an automobile repair shop. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in John's memory can be made directly to Diabetes Canada. Cremation has taken place with no service at this time.
