Kevin David Yule passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2017at the age of 53 years. He was born in Calgary but spent as much time as he could at the farm helping his family. Kevin also enjoyed going to British Columbia to visit his wife’s family and float down the river. He and his wife took many vacations together over their 27 years of marriage. At a young age, Kevin was very active, participating in hockey and roller skating, but continued to follow his kids around with all of their sports as they grew up. Kevin was well known for his light hearted sense of humor, often trying to pull tricks on all of his family and friends. He had a genuine desire to help others; going out of his way to make people smile and assist anyone that he could. This was exceptionally true during the past 3 years of sickness. He took this time to ensure that his family was taken care of, and going to be okay. Kevin was hard working and spent 31 years happily working for the City of Calgary/Enmax. Kevin is survived by his wife Debbie; son Dylan (Jenna); daughter Paula; mother Linda (Ken); father Erwin; sister Diana (Ted); brother Darryl (Michelle); brothers-in-law Jim (Jane) and John; as well as many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at a visitation held one hour prior to service.
